Livingston is located in one of the most
picturesque area of South Central Montana. While
you maintain your base at Osens RV Park and Campground you will be able
to fill your days with a wide range of outdoor and indoor activities.
Your plans could include flyfishing, whitewater rafting, horseback riding,
mountain biking, hiking and sightseeing.
There are several great day trips while using our RV Park as your base.
For instance, a drive down Paradise Valley to Chico Hot Springs to soak
in the natural hot pools and dine in their five star restaurant. A trip
to Yellowstone National Park to see the geysers and encounter wildlife.
A loop through the park to Old Faithful and West Yellowstone and back
on Highway 191 through Gallatin Canyon is a wonderful trip. Traveling
over the spectacular Beartooth Pass, which Charles Kuralt wrote "is
one of the top ten roads in America", and returning through
Red Lodge to Livingston is a experience you will never forget.
If
wildlife is what you are looking for you will find elk, deer, antelope,
moose, bear, mountain lion, wolves,
and buffalo, plus a variety of upland game birds nearby. Bald eagles are
often seen in the canyons.
Livingston is filled with art galleries, outstanding shopping and a great
park for families. One of the most unique playgrounds is in Sacajawea
park will entertain your kids while you enjoy the view of Yellowstone
River. Livingston is also home to the International
Fly Fishing Headquarters and Museum, century old
Livingston Depot Center, and the world class Yellowstone
Gateway Museum of Park County. Be sure to visit all three while you
are here and receive a special gift from the museums. Ask any museum about
